Thinking Outside of the Big Box Gym

When most people think of a “big box” gym, a few things usually come to mind:

  • packed parking lots
  • crowded equipment
  • wandering around unsure what to do
  • feeling like just another membership number

And for many people, that environment makes consistency harder—not easier.
