1. Plan Your Workouts

Don't leave your workouts up to motivation.

Open your calendar and decide exactly when you'll be exercising. Treat those workouts like appointments you can't miss.

Even if life gets busy, having a plan makes it much more likely that you'll follow through.

2. Prep Simple Meals

You don't need to spend hours meal prepping.

Instead, prepare a few staples:

  • Washed fruit
  • Cut vegetables
  • Cooked protein
  • Rice or potatoes
  • Easy grab-and-go snacks

Having healthy options ready helps eliminate last-minute fast food decisions.

3. Fill Your Water Bottle

Hydration often gets overlooked.

Start the week by filling your favorite water bottle and keeping it with you throughout the day. Staying hydrated improves energy, recovery, and workout performance.

4. Get Organized

Lay out your gym clothes.

Pack your gym bag.

Charge your headphones.

Small tasks completed ahead of time remove excuses when your schedule gets hectic.

5. Set One Goal

Instead of trying to overhaul your entire lifestyle every Monday, choose one achievable goal.

Examples include:

  • Attend three workouts.
  • Drink 80 ounces of water daily.
  • Eat protein with every meal.
  • Walk 8,000 steps each day.

Consistency beats perfection every time.
